If you plan to attend any ATX TV Events, please take a minute to review the following ATX TV Policies, as well as our Terms and Conditions.

If you have any questions, please check out our FAQs or email

The ATX TV works hard to make sure that all our panels, screenings, and events are accessible to all attendees. The more advance notice we have, the better we’re able to plan! Please email with any questions or accommodation requests.

All official festival venues where seating is provided will have ADA accessible seating for attendees who require said seating. A companion will also be able to utilize the ADA seating. Accessible seating for attendees and one companion is on a first-come first-served basis, and once an event starts, all unclaimed accessible seating will be made available to general admission. If you would like to utilize this seating, please alert the Venue Manager when you arrive at an event or email as soon as possible.

Trained service animals of attendees with disabilities are welcome at the festival, in compliance with venue policies.

Check out Capitol Metro’s Accessibility Information ( regarding public transportation, and if you have a disabled hangtag or license plate, you don’t have to pay for City parking meters, and there is no time limit on the time zones for City maintained parking.

All seating at ATX TV Events is first-come, first-served (no assigned seats), unless otherwise noted. To review the ATX TV Festival Admission Policies, please click here.
